How to place a bulk order on FAUSTO.in:

1. Please register yourself on the website with a valid email & phone number (Having a registered account on website is must to avail bulk ordering discounts). Create Account Here!
2. Once you have registered & verified your email address, follow these steps -

           To process your request, we kindly request you to share the following details with our support team at support@fausto.in with email subject line "Bulk Order":

•          Product Name / SKU / Image/ URL

•          Size(s) & Color(s)

•          Quantity required in each style, color & size

• Once we receive this information, our team will:

1. Check inventory and confirm the availability of the requested items.

2. Provide a quotation including applicable discounts based on the total quantity.

3. Share prepaid payment details for order processing.

Minimum order value should be ₹20,000. Entire amount is 100% payable at the time of checkout on the website. We accept all major credit, debit cards, wallets, net-banking. You can also use UPI apps to complete your order.

• Which styles are eligible for bulk order discount?
• Only styles listed on the bulk order section of fausto.in website are eligible for bulk order. 
• What is the minimum quantity for the bulk order?
• There is no MOQ associated with bulk orders. For bulk order discount your order total should be more than ₹20,000.
• Can anyone place a bulk order on FAUSTO?
• Yes. Anyone can place a bulk order as long as they are a resident of India and meet the minimum order total requirement. We offer free shipping on all bulk orders.
• Can I return or exchange all or part of my bulk order?
• Standard Return/Exchange policy is not applicable on bulk orders. If you have any questions or concerns, kindly write to us on support@fausto.in
• How much time do you need to ship the order?
• Post verification, we typically take 7-10 business days to process bulk orders.
• Can I pay using Cash on Delivery or any other offline modes of payment such as Cheque or Demand Draft?
• Currently we only accept bulk orders with online payment modes such as Credit / Debit cards, Netbanking, Wallets, UPI etc.
