Refund policy
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center: Click Here
- Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 15 days of Order Delivery.
- In unused and original condition.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The order I received is damaged, Incomplete or a different item!
If the received order is damaged, incomplete or a different item, reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivered date & time with product and packaging images along with complete unboxing video. We won't be able to entertain any refund or return request of such cases if it is not reported to us within 24 hours with valid images and video.
Can the items be exchanged?
Just follow the same steps as explained in the first point. Choose exchange instead of return. You can create an exchange request for size/ color of the original item or get it exchanged with any item available on www.fausto.in.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- In case of COD orders, we will either issue an equivalent value discount voucher or transfer to your bank account depending on your choice.
- ₹21 return processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount
- Note: COD (₹49) and shipping charges (₹40 Rush/ ₹25 Express) are non-refundable
How do I ship back the items?
We will try to initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2 - 3 business days after approval.
Note:
- In case return pickup service is not available on your pin-code, we suggest you to use a reliable service that offers complete shipment tracking

- For items that you bought on discount or from the sale, the refund will be in form of a Full Value Gift Voucher.
- We request you not to return shoes with your visible foot impressions on them. Keep them away from any damage and dust. We will be unable to process your refund or exchange of money if the shoes returned are found to have a grass root stuck on to it
- In case of damaged, missing or different items, please inform our Support Team within 24 hours of receipt
