I Would Like to Buy using COD(Cash on Delivery) option, How do I Go about it?
Good choice. It is very easy to pay via COD. All you need to do is –
- Select Cash on Delivery option once you proceed to pay.
- Please provide all your complete (mandatory) details.
- Once you place the order online, you will receive a verification call / email / sms from our support team.
- Once you confirm the order, it will be processed for shipment.
- On receiving your consignment, pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.
- Please have enough cash ready to make the payment.
- Please Note - We do not offer Try & Buy facility. So you have to pay the entire invoice amount before opening the packet. However, in the unlikely case of you not liking the product or in case of size issues, you can contact our support team to request an exchange / return or refund.
Are there any terms and conditions for COD?
- Maximum order value for COD is ₹ 3500
- Once you place your order online, you will receive a verification call, SMS, email or a WhatsApp message from our order processing team.
- Only once you verify the order, it will be processed for shipment.
- The delivery address provided should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. (Kindly provide accurate address and pin code)
- Only pay cash to the delivery executive (DD/Cheque will not be accepted)
- Amount of Invoice is inclusive of all taxes and charges.
Why COD option is not available while placing the order?
- Pin code may not be serviceable.
- Order value is less than ₹500 or more than ₹3500

Only 5 - 7 days. YES, we provide you a 7 working day shipping guarantee. But please note- The 7 days exclude special days (National days, natural calamities and other emergency situations); shipping guarantee means 1st attempt of delivery will be made within 7 days, though the time frame may change during promotional campaigns. In any case, we will keep you informed about any changes.

I have a relative living out of India, Can you deliver the Order there?
We do not deliver to international locations. Though, you can place order from anywhere in the world and we will deliver it to anywhere in India.
Is there any way I can check the current status of my Order?
Yes, of course! You can check the My Account section on our website to check the status or Click Here. On the My Account page, you can review order history to view the status of all the orders you have placed. The specific order number will give you the detailed status of your shipment. We will also send you a mail notification with all the shipping details, once the order is shipped out from our warehouse.
Even WE know the importance of emails! Every time your shipment is processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number or AWB (Air way bill) number along with service provider details (Logistics Partner). Type in the tracking number provided in the mail or your order ID in the Tracking section of the left panel. A window with the status pops up. I received the order in a damaged condition? What do I do now?
