Shipping Charges

Fausto understands all your needs and emotions well. Hence, we offer you free shipping above ₹1200, wherever you live in India. However, additional charges will be applicable under following circumstances:
1. We offer Site-wide Exchange (different color, different size and different product).
2. We deduct ₹21 on all return and refund cases.
3. Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1200.
4. ₹99 shipping charges on all orders below ₹1000.
5. ₹65 shipping charges on all orders between ₹1000 to ₹1200.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All COD orders are charged at ₹49/ ₹99 (non-refundable) towards cash handling.
Prepaid
- All prepaid orders above ₹1200 are shipped free of cost.
Delivery Time-frame
To all our customer's inner soul's delight, we offer a 7-day shipping guarantee! Disclaimer: 7 days exclude special days (National Holidays, Natural Calamities and other emergency situations); Shipping guarantee means 1st attempt of delivery will be made within 7 days; Delivery time-frame may vary during promotional campaigns, for which Guest Relations will always keep you proactively informed.
