How do I return & exchange?
- Visit our returns center: Click Here
- Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange or return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 15 days of order delivery.
- In unused and in original condition.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
The item I received is damaged!
In the event you have received a damaged, defective, wrong, item missing case, we should be notified within 24 hours of the delivery. It is mandatory to email the photographs of the damaged, defective, wrong, missing product along with the unboxing video. If you fail to adhere to these return guidelines, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- In case of COD orders, we will either issue an equivalent value discount voucher or transfer to your bank account depending on your choice
- ₹21 return processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount
- COD (Cash Handling) & shipping charges are non-refundable
How do I ship back the items?
- We will try to initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request.
- In case return pickup service is not available on your pincode, we suggest you ship it back to us via 'Registered Speed Post' that offers complete shipment tracking and security.

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201010 - Please make sure that the items are securely packed to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Please make sure your order id and phone number are clearly mentioned on the packaging.
- Please make sure your courier cost does not exceed ₹150 as that is the maximum we will be able to refund towards courier charges.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval.
Note:
- For items that you bought on discount or from the sale, the refund will be in form of a Full Value Discount Voucher.
- We request you not to return shoes with your visible foot impressions on them. Keep them away from any damage and dust. We will be unable to process your refund or exchange of money if the shoes returned are found to have a grass root stuck on to it
- In case of damaged items, please inform our Support Team within 48 hours of receipt
