How do I return & exchange?

  • Visit our returns center: Click Here
  • Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS 
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 15 days of Order Delivery.
  • In unused and original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method 
  • In case of COD orders, we will either issue an equivalent value discount voucher or transfer to your bank account depending on your choice.

How do I ship back the items?

We will try to initiate a return pickup from our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2 - 3 business days after approval.

Note:

  • In case return pickup service is not available on your pincode, we suggest you to use a reliable service that offers complete shipment tracking
  • You can address the return shipment to our address- Styleshore eMarketing Pvt Ltd, Plot No 255, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110092
  • For items that you bought on discount or from the sale, the refund will be in form of a Full Value Discount Voucher. The only charges that will not be refunded are the COD charges. There will be no returns or exchanges applicable on any promotional or discounted items.
  • We request you not to return shoes with your visible foot impressions on them. Keep them away from any damage and dust. We will be unable to process your refund or exchange of money if the shoes returned are found to have a grass root stuck on to it
  • In case of damaged items, please inform our Support Team within 48 hours of receipt
